Bowthorpe, Norfolk. Kettle Foods Ltd has a small team of Workplace Health Champions and they organised a company Well Being Week which covered three topics: Mental Health, Nutrition and Physical Activity. During the week they ran various initiatives and provided info for their employees. The chef found out their favourite meal at work, a curry and then demonstrated a healthy version for the staff which was filmed and shown to the night workers.
